The dynamic winemaking team at Indómita skillfully craft wines from their vineyards in two of Chile’s very best regions. Indómita produce superb, expressive wines that are both beautiful and stunning value for money.
Grapes are sourced from the area of Yumbel, specifically from El Carmen with a clay-loam soil and 10 to 15% of the slopes facing southeast. Very low yields which are harvested by hand.
Careful temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel for 30 days to keep the aromatic characteristics of the variety. No malolactic fermentation.

This is an excellent representation to showcase the diversity of this grape. Dry, light, refreshing with some minerality. A beautiful pale green colour, intense lime and lemon aromas with a hint of flora, refreshing and zesty on the palate.
