About
The vineyard is located in the south east of southern Ardèche on the right bank of the Rhône valley. It is located on clay-limestone, basalt and sandstone soils with the influence of a Mediterranean climate. The harvest is made at night during the coolest hours, and a short maceration allows to obtain a beautiful deep pink color.
This wine is made traditionally from crushed and destemmed grapes and includes
some Merlot that has undergone a thermovinification. It is fermented at a controlled temperature between 24 and 26°C.
