About
The vineyard is located in the south east of southern Ardèche on the right bank of the Rhône valley. It is located on clay-limestone, basalt and sandstone soils with the influence of a Mediterranean climate. The harvest is made at night during the coolest hours, and a short maceration allows to obtain a beautiful deep pink color.
Part of the harvest is bled after a variable maceration period depending upon the
intensity of the grapes color (12h to 24h). The juice is fermented at a low temperature (15° à 16°C) to preserve the fruits aromas
