Chateau Cesseras Minervois Cuvee Olric 2023
About
Welcome to Domaine Coudoulet, a family property since 1840, in the heart of the Cru La Livinière, in Languedoc.
The Minervois vineyard is one of the largest in Languedoc Roussillon. More specifically, Domaine Coudoulet cultivates its vines on the Terroir du Causse through two AOPs: The AOP Minervois which gives tender and velvety wines. The AOP Minervois la Livinière produces fleshy, suave wines with velvety tannins. This wine-growing area of the Minervois is marked by the dominance of limestone soils and the altitude of more than 200m. The result is a slow maturation with a high temperature range that gives complexity to the wines. These wines are a promise of pleasant wines full of ripe fruit.
35-year-old vines managed in sustainable viticulture (grass cover, biotechnical insect control, organic fertilizers, controlled yields of 45 hl/ha). Destemmed harvest and traditional vinification on Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault.
