About

Led by Roberto Carranca, the young and dynamic winemaking team at Indómita skillfully craft wines from their great vineyard holdings in two of Chile’s very best regions. The cooler climate Casablanca is great for Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir while the warmer Maipo Valley offers classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère. Indómita produce superb, expressive wines that are both beautiful and stunning value for money. The Nostros Reserva and Gran Reserva ranges prove that Chile can offer the very best value and does produce wines with great varietal and regional definition. Viticulture- From vines planted on well drained alluvial soils, and using the integrated vine management system, yielding around 12 to 15 ton/ha. Winemaking- Harvested by hand and machine during the last week in March. The grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks to obtain the desired flavours and colour. Temperatures are controlled between 12 to 15°C. The final blend is prepared and filtered with a n esteril filter prior to bottling. No oak treatment.
