It would be difficult to find a winemaker more passionate and enthusiastic about his products than Pierrick. From a long line of winemakers himself, Pierrick sources grapes from selected growers in the Languedoc and applies scientific techniques along with winemaking mastery to produce wines in his own individual style.
Organic wine Bio-FR-01 and NOP certified by Ecocert - the terroir for this organic wine is chalk and clay. Direct pressing, then cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 18 °C with stirrings of the lees at the end. Aged in concrete tank with full lees and regular stirrings.

Pale yellow with green and silver tints. Gentle and smoky nose with notes of citrus, pears, white flowers and white peaches. Fresh attack with a good acidity, balanced with fat and volume. Fruity and savoury end.
